Our Basic Cleaning service is ideal for those seeking prompt and efficient tidying up, whether you need to catch up on regular maintenance or prepare your home for guests. Despite the name "Basic," this service is anything but minimal. While it features a streamlined checklist, we remain committed to delivering a thorough and refreshing clean.
VACATION RENTALS
We ensure quality cleaning services to all our vacation rental clients. Including a Standard Property Appearance Document, Inventory Management, a contract, the option to leave a locally made gift, contact with our Field Manager during business hours, and videos after we clean.
SUBSCRIPTION CLEANING
Our subscription cleaning service offers discounted rates for our loyal clients who commit to regular cleanings. To take advantage of these benefits, clients must enroll in a plan of four cleanings within a six-month period, starting with a full deep clean. Our subscription service includes a specialized cleaning checklist that integrates elements from both our basic and deep cleaning checklists.
POST CONSTRUCTION CLEAN
Our Post-Construction cleaning services are specifically designed to prepare your newly built home for occupancy. We focus on removing any residual debris and construction remnants, ensuring that every surface is thoroughly cleaned.
