To receive the full benefits and discounted pricing of our Subscription Cleaning Program, we ask clients to commit to 12 months of recurring service. If your cleaning needs change during that time, you may always transition to our standard Basic Cleaning services as needed.

For deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and post-construction cleans, we typically schedule enough staff to complete the service within one full business day (approximately 8–9 hours).

In some cases, larger homes, active construction, excessive buildup, or specialty detailing may require the project to be completed over multiple days to ensure our quality standards are maintained.
